Planning a team dinner, holiday party, recognition event or client celebration usually means juggling a venue, a caterer, a bar service and a rental list — and hoping it all lands on the same day. At Brasas do Brazil it all lives under one roof. Choose the Wine Room (an intimate, fully private room for 15–30 under a vaulted brick ceiling, with a TV and HDMI connection for presentations and slideshows) or the Garden Room (fully private, up to 100 guests, with a 98-inch screen, built-in sound and wireless microphones). For up to 200 guests, the whole restaurant is available as a full buyout. Every option comes with roughly 20 fire-roasted selections carved tableside, a gourmet salad bar with more than 40 items, a hot bar and a full-service bar.

Every private event is personally coordinated by a member of our management team — the same person from your first inquiry through the day of the event, available by phone, text, email or in person. There's no separate room rental fee — private events are based on a food & beverage minimum — and AV equipment, including TVs, microphones and sound where available, is included at no additional charge. Pricing, minimums and terms are provided in writing before you book, and deposits are refundable with at least 30 days' notice.

We're independently owned and operated right here in Concord, which means the flexibility and personal attention a larger chain or corporate venue simply can't offer.

Brasas is a full-service event venue inside a churrascaria. The Wine Room (15–30 guests) and the Garden Room (up to 100) are both fully enclosed with doors for complete privacy, with a screen and HDMI connection, and the Garden Room adds built-in sound and wireless microphones. For up to 200 you can take the whole restaurant. You get the privacy of a banquet space with a dining experience no outside caterer can match.

“We usually just handle team dinners in-house or at the office.”

That's exactly the work we take off your plate. Food, full bar, staffing, setup and cleanup are all handled by our team — there's nothing to rent, order, or carry back to the office. Your people walk into a room that's ready, and you actually get to sit down and enjoy your own event.

We host groups from 15 to 200: the Wine Room for 15–30, the Garden Room for up to 100, or a full restaurant buyout for up to 200. With tableside rodizio plus a 40+ item gourmet salad bar and hot bar, guests choose what works for them, and we can tailor setups for dairy-free and gluten-free needs. There's no separate room rental fee: private events are based on a food & beverage minimum that varies by room, date, duration and group size. AV equipment is included at no additional charge. You'll receive pricing, minimums and terms in writing before anything is booked, and deposits are refundable with at least 30 days' cancellation notice.

Why Now

Holiday and year-end events get booked early.

Companies commonly lock in their holiday parties and year-end celebrations between late summer and October. If a November or December event is even a maybe, the time to talk it through is now, while you still have your pick of dates and rooms. A short intro meeting commits you to nothing.
